1. Build a form

Drag in the questions you need: yes/no, photos, dates, signatures, staff pickers, dropdowns. Or import a checklist from a CSV. Every form gets a shareable link and QR code.

2. Collect submissions

Your team fills forms in the browser or the Safety Space Go app, online or offline. Questions can raise actions on the spot, assigned to a person with a due date.

3. See what matters

Pick any form on the dashboard and see submissions over time, scores, answer breakdowns and open actions. Track expiry dates and get emailed when they lapse.

Questions

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. Up to 3 users and 3 active forms, unlimited submissions, and you keep your data. There is no time limit and no card required.

What happens when I need a fourth user or form?

The app asks you to upgrade. You choose how many seats you need (minimum 11), pay by card through Stripe, and everything you have built stays exactly where it is.

What if I stop paying?

Your workspace becomes read-only until you renew, or you can switch back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.

Where is my data kept?

Each company has its own separate database and file storage. Your users only ever see your workspace.

How is Go different from Safety Space?

Go is self-service and built around forms you design yourself. The full Safety Space platform adds fixed modules (incidents, training, equipment, inductions and more), integrations, AI features and a managed setup.
