A$9 per user per month, minimum A$99, up to 50 users.
Open Plan & billing (owner only) or follow the prompt that appears when you add a fourth user or form. Choose how many seats you need (minimum 11, which is A$99 per month) and pay by card. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. Everything in the workspace carries over.
A seat is a user account. You can raise or lower the seat count any time under Plan & billing; changes are prorated on your next invoice. You cannot go below the number of users you currently have, and the minimum is 11.
"Manage card & invoices" opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update the card, download invoices and cancel.
Cancel in the billing portal. Your paid features stay until the end of the period you have paid for. After that the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still log in, view and export, but nothing can be added or changed until you renew. Nothing is deleted. From the read-only state you can also switch to the free plan: the 3 oldest users (the owner always) stay active and the 3 most recent active forms stay active; the rest are deactivated or archived, not deleted, and come back when you upgrade again.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. If it keeps failing, the workspace goes read-only as above.
