Installing and logging in

Search for Safety Space Go in the App Store or Google Play. Log in with the same email and password as the web app; the app works out which workspace you belong to. Building forms and managing settings are web-only, which keeps the app simple.

Working offline

Forms and documents are cached on the phone. Start and submit a form with no signal: it is saved on the device and sent the moment you are back online, exactly once. The More tab shows what is waiting to sync and lets you retry anything that failed.

What you can do

• Fill and submit forms, including photos, signatures and raising actions.
• See and complete actions assigned to you.
• Read documents from the library.
• See tasks assigned to you (forms you have been asked to complete).
• Open SWMS and sign on as a worker (paid plan).

Read-only workspaces

If your workspace is read-only because a subscription has lapsed, the app can still show everything but submissions are held on the device until the workspace is renewed.
