Forms → New submission, pick the form, choose the site and date, then work through the sections. Progress is saved as you go: an unfinished form appears under Drafts and can be resumed later. Mandatory questions, required photos and required actions are checked before the form can be submitted.
Every form has a public link and a QR code (Form Builder → the link icon). Anyone with the link can submit the form without logging in; the submission records the name they type. Use it for contractors, visitors and site noticeboards. Actions cannot be raised from a public submission.
Submissions are listed under Completed Forms with a score, filters by form, site, submitter and date, and an export. Each one has a print view and a PDF. On the free plan the PDF carries a "Powered by Safety Space Go" footer; paid plans use your own logo (Settings → PDF logo).
If a question was set up with a signature request, the chosen staff member is emailed a link to review and sign.
Settings → Form notifications emails people when a form is submitted, optionally only for chosen sites or when particular answers are given (for example any "No").
