Who can build, submit and see what.
Your workspace starts with roles such as super (everything), admin and user. Settings → Roles shows a grid of modules (forms, form templates, actions, documents, SWMS, tasks, apps, settings) against actions (view list, open, create, edit, delete, trash). Tick what the role may do. Special permissions cover private forms, instance settings and site restriction.
Give a role the "site permissions" special permission and pick sites: members of that role only see submissions and actions for those sites. "Own" means the user's home site.
Settings → Users → Add: name, email, role, optional site and position. Tick "send welcome email" so they receive a set-password link. An email address can belong to only one Safety Space Go workspace.
A role with only "create" on forms can start and submit forms and sees only their own submissions in the register. That keeps field staff simple and the register clean.
The free plan includes 3 users. Paid plans include the seats you bought (11 to 50); you can change the seat count any time under Plan & billing. Deactivated (trashed) users do not count.
